Introduction
Welcome to ABC 49T Practical Application Exercise Development
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course and given the prescribed training curriculum for any training module or sub-component, the following objectives will be met:
- Objective 1: The student will be able to determine if a complementary practical applications training component is necessary and support that decision using a customized and standardized criticality analysis form.
- Objective 2: Using the associated criticality analysis, the student will be able to determine if scenario-based training is an applicable solution to a training gap and support that decision using a standardized scenario-based training protocol form.
- Objective 3: Using the associated criticality analysis, the student will be able to determine if process training is an applicable solution to a training gap and support that decision using a standardized process training protocol form.
- Objective 4: Using the formal determination that a training gap exists, the student will be able to develop a proposal for an original or modified practical applicable training solution to that training gap using a standardized 20 point protocol for practical application as the solution to a training gap.
- Objective 5: Working in a traditional classroom environment, the student will be able to deliver prescribed practical application training outlined in a standardized ten point practical application training protocol.
- Objective 6: Working in a traditional classroom environment, and using a standardized ten point practical application training protocol, the student will be able to conduct a practical application training effectiveness assessment. The training effectiveness will be measured using a standardized preliminary retention assessment compared to a standardized post-practical application training retention assessment.
