What is Voice Thread?
Voice Thread is a human way to connect to your students via the educational technology you are utilizing in your classroom. It is a collaborative, multimedia slide show that holds images, documents, and videos and allows people to navigate pages and leave comments in 5 ways - using voice (with a mic or telephone), text, audio file, or video (via a webcam).
Objectives
- Upon completion of the tutorial, teachers will create a Voice Thread using an image and commentary.
- Upon completion of the tutorial, teachers will utilize a Voice Thread to explain orally and in writing how to solve a mathematics problem.
Creating Account:
Creating Visual:
- Create a Voice Thread
- Click "Add Media (1)" and then "URL (2)"

Creating Commentary:
- Click on "Comment"
- Select a tool (text, audio, video) to add commentary to the file.
